Your weapon light doesn’t magically recharge. (unless maybe you have a Holosun SCS-320)
Your optic battery will die… probably when you need it most.

If you carry a firearm with an optic or weapon light that runs on batteries, you should be prematurely changing those batteries before they leave you hanging. A $1-3 battery isn’t worth a dead dot when you’re in the dark, disoriented, or in danger.

🔋 Set a phone alarm for every 6 months.
🔁 When it goes off, don’t snooze it JUST DO IT.
🔦 Change the battery. Check your zero.
☠️ Because nothing says “oops” like a dead light when your life depends on it.
